The graduation ceremony for the class of 2025 at Department of Materials and Production, AAU, has been successfully completed. It was a day filled with joy, pride, and a few good laughs.

Highlights of the day:

• Speeches: Inspiring and entertaining speeches from head of studies, Thomas Ditlev Brunø, and guest speaker and alumnus, Lasse Ledet from Grundfos.
• Diploma distribution:  The newly graduated students received a diploma with pride and joy, while their families and friends cheered them on.
• The Teachers of the Year were presented by Frederik Klitgaard (student and vice-chair of the study board of Mechanics and Physics).  
  The Teachers of the Year Professor Erik Lund and Assistant Professor Verena Stingl received honours and diplomas for their outstanding efforts and dedication to teaching. Their passion for inspiring and guiding our students has made a significant difference.
• Reception: After the ceremony the participants enjoyed a reception with light refreshments, where everyone could network and celebrate together.
• Photo opportunities: Many took the opportunity to capture memorable photos with the graduates.

We wish the graduates all the best in their future endeavors and look forward to hearing about their successes.
