The lab is equipped with following instruments:

These systems cover ordinary contact, semi-contact and non-contact atomic force microscopy (AFM) as well as a number of other modes such as electrostatic, Kelvin probe, magnetic, piezoresponse and spreading resistance, different force spectroscopy measurements as well as nanoscale lithography and more.

Ntegra-Aura provides a possibility to carry out measurements in low vacuum or controlled atmosphere.

Ntegra Life is capable to work both in air and in liquid as well as provides a possibility to couple AFM with the fluorescence imaging.

Nanonics system allows measurements with multiple custom probes for e.g. electrical and electrochemical characterization also with free optical access to the sample and possibility of nanomanipulations.
