TeraScan 1550 CW THz spectrometer (THz-FDS)
This is an image of our TeraScan 1550 CW terahertz spectrometer from TOPTICA. The sample compartment is enclosed and can maintain a controlled humidity between 5-95% if necessary. This is one of the workhorses for our terahertz activities. The system is mostly located in the cleanroom laser lab.
TeraSmart pulsed THz spectrometer (THZ-TDS)
This is our second Terahertz spectrometer. This system is a TeraSmart pulsed terahertz spectrometer from Menlo Systems. The system has been upgraded with the “TeraImage” expansion for the system to facilitate THz imaging. This system is currently located in room 5.048.
