Material Test Lab
The material test laboratory consists of a thermal test lab as well as a microscopy lab. In the thermal lab intrinsic properties of a variety of materials can be investigated, including thermo-mechanical properties, melting and crystallisation points, thermal stability, the fraction of volatile components in a material, and rheological properties.
Mechanical Test Lab
The mechanical test laboratory offers testing of a vast variety of structures, materials, or test specimens under a range of static, dynamic and fatigue loads. Different types of dynamic and static tests, high-cycle fatigue, low-cycle fatigue, thermo-mechanical fatigue, fracture mechanics, crack propagation and growth studies are conducted in the mechanical test lab.
